Colchester United Women have had a winning start to the season, and you could be a part of it.
Following the successful start to the Colchester United Women's side campaign, enthusiastic volunteers are sought to fill a range of important and fulfilling volunteer roles, the 'Team Behind the Team'.
The roles that are available are:
- Volunteer Photographer
- Volunteer Matchday Coordinator
- Volunteer Fundraising Officer
- Volunteer Social Media Officer
This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in the running of the team, ensuring and helping the team achieve their ambitious goals.
The team are currently playing in the Essex County Women's Football League Division Two, with ambitions to climb the football pyramid over future seasons. In order to be successful, we would like to grow the Team behind the Team, with individuals taking responsibility for important tasks within the club.
Danielle Warnes CUWFC Chair said: "I am delighted to share a number of voluntary opportunities that have become available within our team behind the team. Our women’s team are positively growing on the pitch, but we must grow off the pitch too. We want you, our football family, and the wider community of Colchester to be a part of this. With a variety of exciting roles available within a vibrant committee who are committed to providing the right support and flexibility, now has never been a better time to get involved."
