Young U's Retain Places

Quartet make Accrington trip

A positive result for the U's will keep the pressure on the top seven in League Two, with a third of the season remaining.

The other three have already made their U's debuts, but are knocking on the door again after impressive U23s performances.

Edge made his debut on Tuesday night, coming on against Crawley - he was fouled for the free kick that Brennan Dickenson scored from to make it 3-2.

Cameron James, Charley Edge, Dexter Peter and Diaz Wright will all be hoping to get a place at least on the U's bench, as the U's look to get back to winning ways.

And it's a relatively young squad once again, with the quartet of youngsters included for the Crawley game in the travelling party this time round. The U's take to the road this weekend, with Accrington Stanley playing host to John McGreal's squad.
